That was not all that bad except for the waiting time. Now today we are here in the lines fot collection of the passport and every other line is moving except the collections line. We were told to bring the slip /recieipy when we collect the passport, now all of a sudden we need a letter from the company stating that it is an essential service. I'm so frustrated and disappointed. It was a good experience, the personnel was helpful and answered all questions politely.
